ABOUT US

Our CSR tenets are based on the premise that business and its environment are inextricably inter-dependent. The belief that a higher degree of sustainability can be achieved in business by balancing growth in all aspects of development (financial, social & human) is central to the framework of the SSIPL Foundation.

CSR for SSIPL is not merely charity or philanthropy; it is empowering stakeholders to make informed choices that will integrate business imperatives with development objectives.

MEMBERS AND BOARD

SSIPL Retail Limited, SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited and Shubh Footwear Private Limited are the members of SSIPL Foundation. Mr. Rishab Soni, Mr. Amit Mathur, Mr. Atul Madan and Mr. Pradeep Kuckreja are acting as Directors of the Foundation.

PHILOSOPHY

SSIPL is deeply committed to fulfilling its responsibility as a corporate entity and hence Corporate Social Responsibility is integrated into the group’s core strategy. CSR at SSIPL means living our corporate values with the goal of:

Having minimal impact on the natural environment
Enabling local communities to develop their potential and become self-dependent
Empowering employees to be responsible civil society members
Committing ourselves to ethical business practices that are fair to all our stake-holders

MISSION STATEMENT

The SSIPL Foundation has as its embedded philosophy, the will to achieve the desired success in ways that respect ethical values and people in need.

The Foundation vigorously develops and supports philanthropic activities and the volunteers for the Foundation i.e. our own employees, live up to their responsibilities to the society by being an economic, intellectual and social asset to each community in which they do business.

OUR CONTRIBUTION

The Foundation is an independent entity working in India to affect positive social change through targeted corporate philanthropy.

Though still in its nascent stage, it has been contributing to welfare and development activities in the fields of Education, Health, Safe Drinking Water, Empowerment of the Physically Challenged, Neighborhood Community Development and Environment.

Donations to Partner NGO’s such as HCFI, Pall Can Care, Shradhanand Sewa Sangh, Shri Niwas Sewarth Nyasa, Guru Vishram Vridh Ashram, DCCW Palna, Guru Nanak Mission Public School.
Other donations to Project Sagroli Sunrise, Rekhta and Ibadat Foundation.
Donations in form of one time surgery support

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Apart from our relationships with partner NGOs, SSIPL Foundation takes up initiatives to create environmental consciousness by conducting health camps and blood donation camps & encouraging fitness activities on a regular basis.

SSIPL is an integrated sportswear company that has been in the business of manufacturing, retail & distribution of international sports & lifestyle brands since 1994. Today, SSIPL has a nationwide network of exclusive and multi-brand stores spread across 80+ cities with 3 lakh square feet of retail presence.
