SSIPL Retail Limited (“SSIPL”) was constituted in the year 1994 and set up its first footwear manufacturing plant at Kundli, Sonepat in the year 1995. SSIPL is the largest authorized footwear manufacturer for brand Nike in India for over 20 years.

SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited (“SSIPL LS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of SSIPL Retail Limited was incorporated in the year 2007. It is the leading retailer of brands like “Clarks”, “Lotto”, “Levis” and “United Colors of Benetton” and also running MBOs (multi brand outlets) under its own branded stores namely -“Shoetree”, “Value Station” and “Sports Station”.
It commenced its retail and SIS (Shop-in- shop) business for brand “Lotto” in the year 2011. Pursuant to the merger of its step- down- subsidiary “Sports Station (India) Private Limited” in the year 2012, SSIPL LS commenced retailing for Brand “Levis” and “UCB” through EBOs (exclusive brand outlets) and also the concept stores of “Shoe Tree” and “Value Station”.
SSIPL is an integrated sportswear company that has been in the business of manufacturing, retail & distribution of international sports & lifestyle brands since 1994. Today, SSIPL has a nationwide network of exclusive and multi-brand stores spread across 80+ cities with 3 lakh square feet of retail presence.
